What a company! We purchased a fiat 500 from Dave at Junction 2 Van Sales and the amount of care and attention was second to none! The car itself was perfect for our daughter and Dave made the whole experience about her! They created a unique family atmosphere from start to finish. We knew everything about the car, Dave and his company before our purchase! Then the day itself arrived and on collection Dave went completely above and beyond with ribbons and bows! I had been looking for a small van for weeks i visiting few dealerships feeling anxious about the whole experience. Then I came across Junction2vansales spoke to Dave he opened up for me on a Sunday. Bought a transit connect from Junction2 van sales immaculate condition and drives perfect, absolutely willing to help you out with anything. Fresh 12 months mot and a helpful 15 months warranty came with. It was no bother at all to ask for a test drive and even opened up for me after hours as I work a lot. I purchased a Nissan today from junction 2 today and it was in excellent condition as described in the advert .the owner was very pleasant and helpful and did not force me into buying it he just left me on my own to do a full inspection.i took it for a long test drive something that I would not have got from any other motor dealer.it was money well spent .excellent service all round and I was well impressed in the manner I was dealt with and I would recommend anyone to try out junction 2 Oldbury for a car and van first before going anywhere else.

2nd car purchase
Last year I brought myself a car from here and decided to go back last week to see a renault clio for my wife as I had a really great experience the last time I was there. Again second time around I was made to feel like there was no pressure to buy and the car was priced the cheapest within 200miles for that spec (really happy) I decided to purchase the renault clio and the whole process from start to finish was just so easy and hassle free. The owner of this business is such a really good guy and trustworthy person, would highly recommend visiting this garage

How vehicle sales should be done.
Spoke to J2 vans who arranged to meet me for a viewing. He took us out in the van and it was excellent for the price. The door looked slightly off set but that was fixed. J2 Vans then extended the MOT so it had a full 12 months and gave it a superb valet. Very good

I was extremely impressed with the friendly professional manner in which I was treated at Junction 2 Van sales. Due to the Covid-19 situation I was a bit worried but they followed guidelines and had hygiene processes in place. My van was also disinfected for me on collection. By far one of the best dealerships I have ever dealt with. From the second I turned up to look at the van I felt no pressure to purchase and was left to take a look at the van and have a test drive without being watched over. They delivered the van to me in Leicester once it was ready so I didn't even have to collect it. After a few months I had a small issue with the adblue system which is a common fault with the vehicle I purchased, they collected from my house and left me with a courtesy van whilst it was repaired and returned it a few days later. Most dealerships I have used before would try and come up with an excuse saying its not there problem but not with these guys. The next van I buy will 100% be from Junction 2 van sales as you just don't get this kind of service any more, really impressed

I bought a nice caddy maxi was in excellent condition could not fault them and they a very helpful waited over a hour for me to turn up to collect the van-at the end of the day after they was closed plus there was a couple of little this wrong I seen after I pick it up they was happy to help and sorted it out straight away good people running this place good price

The deal was effectively done by phone, as we live in the Scottish highlands. Junction 2 vans were open and honest about the vehicle we were interested in. We flew down and were met at the airport by a representative and driven across the city to view the van and subsequently to complete a very satisfactory deal. The drive home of 450 odd miles was increased to 600 by a couple of planned diversions, a very effective test of the van, which never missed a beat. To sum up, our experience of Junction 2 vans has been excellent..

I needed to change my work vehicle and wanted to go for a vw caddy maxi. After a lot of searching online i came across J2 via Autotrader. After a telephone conversation I arranged to travel from my home in North Wales to the West Midlands to view the van that J2 had for sale. Because my circumstances changed I was forced to travel on the train and arrived two days earlier than expected. Because J2 were unaware of this change the careful preparation of the vehicle was not quite complete. When I saw and checked over the van my mind was made up and I decided to buy it. As the final checks were still to be made I was unable to drive it away that day, my early arrival was the problem. Because I now had no way of driving home Dave was very generous and said that he would loan me another vehicle to travel back to Wales in and then would arrange for the Caddy to be driven over to me. The vehicle arrived in Wales as promised at 7.50 a.m., an early start for Russell, and all is well. HAPPY
